Who are the Children of the Law of One™?
The Children of the Law of One is a non-profit inter-denominational association of independent thinkers with a desire to understand and teach the fundamental principals of unity in the universe. All laws are subsets of the Law of One, which is the primary law. There are two paths to gaining an understanding of Oneness – the scientific path and the religious path – and these two paths reach the same conclusion – which is We are All One. Oneness is not just a sweet religious concept – it is pure physical reality. If we do not fully understand these fundamental principles, perhaps we should study quantum physics – or practice deep meditation – either path may lead you to enlightenment, but doing both will get you there faster. If you have a desire to learn more – you are a Child of the Law of One.
Why study the Law of One™?
A widespread understanding of the Law of One will bring peace to the world — because we will not harm anyone or anything if we realize that by doing so we actually harm ourselves. Based on both modern quantum physics and the teachings of great religious leaders, this knowledge is building into a giant “Tsunami of Consciousness” that is sweeping over the planet and having a profound effect on the spiritual progress of humankind. This understanding, called the “All-is-One Paradigm™” is destined to become the commonly accepted belief system and will soon be taught in both colleges and elementary school systems. When this paradigm becomes a reality, there will begin a Millennium of Peace on the earth. Once again, mankind will look back and think – “how could our ancestors have overlooked the obvious.” This shift will occur one person at a time – so you can help make this dream a reality.
Is the Children of the Law of One™ a religion?
The Children of the Law of One™ is not a religion. We are a network of individuals dedicated to spreading the message of the Law of One.
What is the origin of the Children of the Law of One™?
The i-ching suggests that the Law of One teachings are about 10,500 years old. The Cayce Readings suggest that it is much older than that. . While we can debate the historical references to The Children of the Law of One™ , we should not be concerned about where it actually came from. The meaning of life is not found in origins or destinations but in the path itself -- and the path is entirely up to every individual.
Do The Children of the Law of One™ believe in God?
If by God you mean the One Infinite Source of all Creation that is One with all things, then YES. We generally believe that a scientific understanding of Oneness will eventually lead a skeptical scientist to the belief that "it is all God".
Does The Children of the Law of One™ believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God?
We are ALL Sons of God. That was the point Jesus was trying to make!
I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. [Psalms 82:6]
Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your law, 'I said, Ye are gods?' If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken." [John 10:34-35]
Jesus didn't want the world to deify him. In fact, he washed the feet of his disciples to show them what he expected them to do for others! He wanted the world to realize that to unselfishly LOVE ONE ANOTHER, which is the key to eternal life (This is one of the main messages of the Law of One).
As I do these things, so shall ye do them, even greater things shall you do. [John 14:12]
What is the meaning of life, according to the Law of One?
"The Creator does not properly create as much as it experiences itself." [The Law of One, Book 1] Therefore, the meaning of life is to experience every moment of life, for the Creator cannot experience itself and all the joy, happiness, sorrow and pain that comes with it unless we experience and master it.
Man is, that he may have joy. [The D&C]. Mankind's ultimate goal in life is to experience true happiness and bliss. No matter who you are, everyone wants to be happy! There are countless paths one may take to find true happiness, and while many of them are self-serving, not one path is more righteous than another because eventually all paths will lead to the realization that true happiness comes from Service to Others. When you live, act and love unselfishly with no strings attached, that unconditional and unselfish love will come back to you even if you never asked for it. Therefore, the way to true happiness and bliss is by living in accordance to the Law of One.
Does the Children of the Law of One™ believe in prayer?
Prayer works; it is a focusing of your own loving energy in synchronicity with the pervading energy around you. Meditation and communal prayer (i.e., Church) also work in the same way. This, however, does not necessarily mean you will get exactly what you pray for. You will only receive what is essential for your soul progression.
